Continuing on with our tour polls, tonight we're asking you to vote for Kate's Best Separates Look. From chic skirt suits with pencil skirts to a casual sweater and skinny jeans, the Duchess selected a variety of looks to cater for the host of engagements she and William undertook down under.
We begin with a favourite look for the Duchess. For a visit to Auckland Kate wore a navy Zara blazer, Zara skinny jeans and a Breton top by London based brand Me + Em. It was a busy day with diverse engagements; from a meeting with military families to a head to head in boat races, the look very much served its purpose.
For Rippa Rugby Kate looked comfortable in the Jonathan Saunders Deborah Egg-Knit Sweater. The slim fitting ribbed sweater has a round neck and long sleeves. The Duchess completed the look with her skinny jeans and mint velvet plimsolls.
In Queenstown, we saw an almost identical look again; Zara blazer: skinny jeans and Stuart Weitzman Corkswoon Wedges with the addition of the GAP Gingham Shirt. The shirt transforms a very familiar look and it's a very wearable and versatile piece.
When William and Kate visited Christchurch many royal fans were a little underwhelmed to hear the Duchess had repeated her red Luisa Spagnoli suit - until they saw photos. Kate completely changed the look of this outfit by having the dress altered to a pencil skirt, foregoing the black turtleneck she wore in 2011 and selecting nude tights. It was undoubtedly one of my favourite looks of the tour.
For the royals' last day in New Zealand it was another repeat: a blue tweed Rebecca Taylor jacket and skirt crafted in heavily textured melange weft. The jacket features frayed trim and sequin floral embellishment at the neck.
The Duke and Duchess enjoyed a rare night off in Sydney and enjoyed a rugby match with members of their staff. Kate looked stylish in a grey sweater, the Beulah London Eden Scarf with a fractured dark blossom print and skinny jeans.
Kate was pretty in pink Alexander McQueen for engagements in Adelaide. The pale pink colour is one of the brand's most popular this spring and it worked very well for Kate's v-neck Peplum Top and Pleated Skirt.

This one was a no brainer for me. I loved the Luisa Spagnoli suit. The Duchess looked very regal, sophisticated and comfortable. A lot of thought went into this look and the alterations worked incredibly well. Which one did you vote for?

We all know Kate's beautiful engagement ring is undoubtedly the most famous in the world but how much is it worth now? The ring consists of 14 solitaire diamonds surrounding a 12 carat blue oval Ceylon sapphire set in 18 carat white gold and was worth £28,000 when Prince Charles gave it to Diana in 1981. Having been worn by two of the most famous women in the world, Diana, Princess of Wales and The Duchess of Cambridge, it is now said to be worth a whopping £300,000.
On to Sunday stories I found interesting and thought were worth sharing. Firstly, by Camilla Tominey: How fatherhood made Prince William a real man:
'Behind the gates of Kensington Palace, aides have been furiously working on not only establishing the Prince's new household but also his position on the world stage. "Stature" was the buzzword being bandied around during the tour and by the end of his time Down Under, William was oozing it from every pore.
Behind the scenes his chief advisor Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton has been advising him on the next phase of his life. A well-placed source said, "What the tour showed, if we did not know it already, was how the Duke and Duchess work together. For the Duke it was an opportunity to consolidate his relationship with those countries and the feeling was it could not have gone better.'
The article shared this particular item of interest:
'The Cambridges are expected to undertake another, shorter overseas tour in the autumn.'
One can safely assume another overseas trip would be very much welcomed by royal fans :)
Another Daily Express article confirms the rumour that William and Kate will join The Queen in France on the 6th of June:
'The Queen arrives in France on June 5 with Prince Philip, spending the following day in Normandy for the 70th anniversary of the D-Day landings, where they will be joined by Prince Charles and Camilla and The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.'
We can expect to hear more details later this month. Judging from what we know already it promises to be a very special day of commemoration and remembrance and the significance of the day is evident from the number of senior royals attending.
At the moment, there are no engagements scheduled for the Duchess for this month, although this is subject to change and we could very well hear something during the week. In fact, I'll be surprised if we don't. Prince William's calendar is filling up with a number of appearances including a star-studded dinner at Windsor Castle next week; Kate is not expected to join him. For those asking, William and Harry did participate in a polo match earlier today but despite a couple of conflicting reports the Duchess was not there.
