Prince Harry's girlfriend recently broke up with him because she claims
to have been haunted by the ghost of his late mother. The couple split
up last month The Daily Star reported today.
Cressida Bonas decided to end her relationship with Prince Harry because
she was afraid that if she married the prince, she would end up in
divorce like his parents, Prince Charles and Princess Diana. Bonas'
mother Lady Mary Gaye Curzon has also been divorced four times.
According to the 25-year-old, she wanted a "happily ever after" wedding.
"Poor Cressida is terrified if she married Harry there wouldn't be any
happy ever after," a friend of the royal family said about the couple.
Bonas also wanted to move in with the 29-year-old prince while they were
together but the couple ended up not living together because the Queen
wouldn't have allowed it.
Prince Harry isn't the only royal that ghosts are drawn to. Prince
William and Kate Middleton also seem to be haunted by spirits. Their son
Prince George is apparently sharing a room with three royal ghosts.
According to an insider, the 9-month-old's new nursery in the Kensington
Palace is allegedly haunted.
Prince George's nursery is located in the newly renovated Apartment 1A
of the Kensington Palace and according to royal biographer Andrew
Morton, there have been many ghost sightings in the room over the years.
Morton claims that the room is notorious for ghost sightings. According
to him, deceased royals George II, Caroline of Brunswick, and Princess
Sophia's ghosts have all been witnessed in the room.
"Princess Margaret's housekeeper told her she saw a woman in Regency
dress suddenly appear in front of her then vanish through a wall. So
let's hope little Prince George can sleep peacefully in his cot at
night," Morton said.
