Their Royal Highnesses were all smiles as they arrived and took their seats in the Royal Box.
William and Kate greet The Duke of Kent, President of Wimbledon.
British number one Andy Murray took on Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov (who has been dubbed the next Roger Federer) in the quarter finals. The much anticipated match tested Andy as he attempted to defend the men's singles title he won last year. Kate missed Wimbledon 2013 - and the opportunity to see a British man take the title for the first time in 74 years - because she was expecting Prince George; no doubt she was excited to see Andy today.
Below we see Kate and Pippa supporting Andy Murray in 2012.
Kate has been a tennis fan for years and has attended Wimbledon almost annually for years. The Duchess also enjoys playing and there's been talk she may become an ambassador for the tournament in the future. Her Majesty is patron of Wimbledon, although she has never been a great lover of the sport, visiting the tournament just twice in 35 years.
As an avid tennis fan I can assure you watching tennis brings out ones funniest expressions.
As evidenced by our favourite royal couple.
There's plenty of moments like this.
And this.
Kate's parents Michael and Carole Middleton were also in attendance today. For those interested Mrs. Middleton wore the Jaeger Dogtooth Shift Dress.

William and Kate appeared to thoroughly enjoy the day.
Exchanging smiles.
A lovely shot of the couple.
Sadly and surprisingly Andy was beaten in three straight sets 6-1.

Undoubtedly a disappointing result for British (and Murray) tennis fans.
We do so enjoy Kate's sartorial choices at this tournament and had wondered which white dress she would choose? A new piece or one already in her collection?
Kate chose the much-loved Zimmermann 'Roamer Day' Dress she first wore in Sydney during the royal tour.
The white cotton broderie dress is from the designer's Summer Swim 2014 Collection. It features a fitted waistband and fitted three-quarter length sleeves. As expected it's proven incredibly popular, although it remains available in limited sizes on the Zimmermann website and Austique are expected to have more stock shortly.

Kate teamed the dress with her L.K. Bennett 'Sledge' Pumps.

The Duchess added a splash of colour with her red Anya Hindmarch Beaded Red and Gold Fan Clutch and a red scarf - quite possible her Hugo Boss piece.
Kate also wore her trusty Cartier watch.

The Duchess completed the look with Ray Ban Folding sunglasses and her Annoushka pearls.

It was lovely to see the Cambridges supporting such a stellar sporting tournament today.

William, Kate and George enjoyed a family outing to The Butterfly Exhibit at the Natural History Museum this morning. Emily Rickard was staying at a local hotel when she heard the family were nearby and as she was planning to visit the museum anyway she went along and managed to take photos of the trio as they were leaving.

The trio were accompanied by staff including Kate's private secretary Rebecca Deacon, nanny Maria and royal protection officers suggesting it may have been a private visit associated with a charitable organisation or perhaps a family photoshoot. It's most likely the latter because we can see a photographer in the photos. The Duchess has been patron of the museum since April 2013 and has attended a number of official events in that capacity.
Emily shared her excitement at the royal sighting via Twitter.

The popular exhibition offers families the opportunity to experience the magic of coming face to face with hundreds of free-living butterflies as they wander through the tropical butterfly house. Learn about the metamorphosis of these fragile creatures, discover species from all over the world and, most of all, enjoy a family day out. I expect the Cambridges had a wonderful time with George. If you're interested it's open until September and all details can be found here.

From what we can see in the photos, it appears Kate wore her Budding Heart Silk Tea Dress by Suzannah. The £475 frock is based on the brand's best selling 1930s inspired tea dress style. It's described as "a fabulous day dress" with a matt silk crepe skirt part lined in 100% habotai. Kate wore it underneath coats during the tour.

Hopefully we'll hear more about the visit in the near future officially.
